2016 Tax Checklist

Please download and complete the checklist(s) below for the preparation of your 2016 Income Tax and Benefit Return. This tax season, we have introduced two more checklists (i.e. Rental Property Checklist and Self-Employment Checklist) to help you in gathering the information. Along with the checklist, please provide us with the specified documents and/or requested information so that the tax return can be filed in due time.The due date to file the 2016 tax return is Monday, May 1, 2017.  If you are self-employed, the filing deadline is Thursday, June 15, 2017.
