Please download and complete the tax checklist below for the 2015 Income Tax and Benefit Return. Along with the checklist, please provide us with the specified documents so that the tax return can be filed in due time.
The due date to file the 2015 tax return is Monday, May 2, 2016. If you are self-employed, the filing deadline is Wednesday, June 15, 2016.
